How We Use Your Information

• To deliver your music and metadata to DSPs and collect royalties on your behalf
• To administer publishing rights through international collection societies
• To provide customer support and respond to enquiries
• To send service updates and, where you’ve opted in, newsletter content
• To detect fraud and enforce our Terms of Service

How We Share Information

We share the minimum information necessary with:

• Digital service providers (Spotify, Apple Music, Boomplay, Audiomack and other platforms) to deliver and attribute your releases
• International collection societies and publishing administrators, to collect royalties owed to you
• Payment processors, to pay out your earnings
• Service providers who support our own operations (hosting, analytics, email delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Security

We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, access controls limiting who inside RIA can view your data, and regular review of our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
